Batavi Geograaf Kickstarter Closing in 40 Hours
Worldtimer complications aren't exactly common — or affordable, for that matter. So when a company shows up to the party with a good-looking timepiece with a Swiss movement, excellent specs, and that complication, it's time to sit up and take notice.
A few folks have reviewed the Geograaf. Peter Kotsa's review (embedded below) is excellent as always and answered a few questions that the Kickstarter campaign itself didn't, so I urge you to check it out.
As of this post, there's still a couple of rewards available and the campaign does close shortly. It is fully-funded (actually, funded at more than 200%) and, given that this isn't Batavi's first rodeo, the watch is more likely to reach backers than other unseasoned, untried brands. This is also going to be Batavi's last Kickstarter campaign as the company aims to become "fully funded and independent going forward"
