Lorier's Hyperion GMT Now Available (kind of)
If you’ve been waiting for a bit for Lorier to release the Series II of the Hyperion GMT, you’re… sort of in luck. The latest edition of the vintage-inspired, Soprod C125-powered GMT did make it onto their site for sale, but promptly sold out.
However, if you really wanted one of these before Lorier refreshes the watch with the Miyota 9075 traveller GMT movement, then you’re still in luck – if you like white dials. The limited-edition Skyward colorway that boasts a white dial and silvered hands combo is still available for sale at the time of this post.
Personally, I prefer the white dial, but I’ve exhausted my budget for watches right now, thanks to the Traska Venturer GMT. I need to prune the collection before I go shopping again.
If you’re a fan of vintage hesalite crystals, beautifully brushed finishing, and heaps of vintage cues, the Lorier Hyperion GMT in the Skyward version is definitely up your alley.
